What did I do today?

Today Rachel and I had a full day.
We spent the morning baby proofing the house because we are babysitting my baby sister this week. YIKES!
I can' believe we agreed to do this!
The great thing about using the internet to run your business is that you can work from anywhere. Since Rachel and I didn’t have a lot of time today we spent an hour online looking over the online classifieds at our local Panera to decide which ones to call.

Now that we’ve got some ideas on where the mobile parks are, we’re going to start targeting certain parks to get to know the managers.

A couple of things here: Always, always, always save every number you call. Use the intake form that came with the book to take down info on both buyers and sellers. Call back the sellers once every couple of weeks to see “if they still have the place?” Call back your buyers more frequently and until “they buy or die”. Also flyers work great for both buying and selling. Hang them on any bullitan board you can find………
