Day One of the Challenge.

It’s day one and I think the most important thing today is to figure out a game plan.
What will we need to get this adventure under way?
- Motivated Sellers
- Buyers
To find sellers I’m going to look in a few select places:
- Craigslist
- Online Classifieds
- Local Paper
Buyers will be looking in the same places, so I’m going to start placing ads to see if we get any bites.
The most important thing to remember in this phase is to deal with ONLY motivated sellers. We’re looking for people who NEED to sell right now. Scan all the ads to look for any signs of motivation. Another important thing to remember is that you will be looking at the low end of the trailer market. Our budget of $2,000 will get us 20-25 year old single wides.
Make sure that you don’t bother with anything less than 12′x60.
I bet you’re wondering what kind of trailer you can get for $2,000.

What a great concept. I will with step by step. I have around 2,000 to invest in real estate and these techniques seem achievable.
